RIACT.org offers three core training pathways designed to support clinicians at different stages of professional development:

Flex-Lab, a recurring peer consultation group where clinicians practice applying ACT, discuss cases, and build confidence through experiential learning.

Flex Lab
Flex Lab is a structured practice space for clinicians who want to deepen skill, confidence, and flexibility using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Functional Contextualism (FC), and Relational Frame Theory (RFT).

the Residency Program, a structured supervision-based track that integrates clinical development with practice-building support.

Residency Program
The RIACT residency program supports associate practitioners (LMHC-A, LMFT-A) in building the skills, experience, and business acumen needed to succeed as ACT practitioners and private practice owners.

and one-to-one ACT training with a Peer-Reviewed ACT Trainer, providing personalized guidance and skill refinement.

In addition, RIACT hosts a variety of ACT- and Process-Based Therapy–focused workshops, trainings, and special events to help clinicians continue deepening their skills and expanding their practice over time.
