I came up with the attached worksheet below as a resource for you to consider when working with someone who is struggling with Returning Negative Thoughts (RNT). Think recurring thoughts, rumination, judgmental statements.
Think of this as a cheat sheet which you can print out and keep at your side for use while you are in session (or upload into a tablet to keep on hand). I have made a laminated version for my office as well.
