Deeply Functional is a podcast about practicing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) beyond techniques and toward functional fluency.

Each episode explores how behavior, thoughts, emotions, and relationships make sense in context—and how therapists can respond with greater precision, flexibility, and humanity.

Grounded in Functional Contextualism and Relational Frame Theory, the show focuses on workability, real-world clinical decision-making, and the subtle craft of being effective in the therapy room.
