Navigating the Resource Center

Some Simple Tips to
Get The Most Out of the Resource:
Use the COLLECTIONS Tab

This is your go-to spot for exploring everything available on this page. Content is neatly organized into categories, making it much simpler to find what you need.

Bookmark the COLLECTIONS Tab

When you are viewing the page, create a bookmark of that page to save in your bookmarks bar in your browser for easier access.

Check the Tags

At the bottom of the COLLECTIONS page, you’ll find a handy list of tags to help you locate resources by topic or type.
I’ll make every effort to categorize each resource correctly and tag it appropriately for easy searching.
A Note About the Platform
Finding the right platform to host and share resources was no small task. When setting this up, I wanted something:

-
Simple to maintain, so I could focus on creating valuable content instead of troubleshooting.
-
Easy for you to navigate and locate exactly what you need.
-
Affordable, so costs remain accessible for everyone involved.
-
Community-oriented, to foster collaboration and connection among practitioners.

After much consideration, this platform was chosen because it checked most of these boxes. However, there’s one important aspect to note:
The platform presents content in the order it’s added, which can make it tricky to locate specific materials when scrolling through a continuous stream.

The original platform on SubStack is still operational and is the most economical way to get a taste of ACT and multiple perspectives and insights. Substack is designed to be a weekly resource.

This site was added to help manage the different membership types since substack does not have that feature. This site is also dedicated to providing the "best of the best" when it comes to resources and so it will not be a weekly resource.

The main difference other than the tier features is that this site will also be much more specific, go into greater depth, and have practice building features that go beyond what is found on substack. It is also has features to help you search through the haystack to find what you need better.

It will only be the most utilized resources, the ones that prove essential and it will be smaller to prevent over crowded and too much to look through.

Please note that if you sign up here, you will also have an account of substack.
