Where ACT Becomes Behavior.

Flex Lab is a structured practice space for clinicians who want to deepen skill, confidence, and flexibility using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Functional Contextualism (FC), and Relational Frame Theory (RFT).

Rather than passively learning, Flex Lab allows clinicians to practice live, explore real cases, experiment with interventions, and strengthen process-based clinical decision-making.

If you want to move from β€œlearning about ACT” to embodying ACT, this is where that shift happens.

What to Expect

Each session blends:

  • A short skill theme or conceptual teaching
  • Live case consultation or role-play
  • Functional analysis and workability focus
  • Therapist stance, presence, and process guidance
  • Optional feedback and reflective debrief

Flex Lab is collaborative, not evaluative. No one is here to perform.
We are here to practice, refine, and grow.
